Shipping: Since all of our products are personalized for you, please allow up to three business days for us to ship your order. Once the item is ready to ship, delivery time is dependent on the shipping method you choose. We offer the following flat-rate UPS shipping options within the US:

• UPS Next Day Air Saver: $24.95
International Shipping: For our international customers, we ship via US Postal Service, with the following flat-rate shipping options:

• Canada: Standard (3-7 business days): $15.95
• Canada: Express (2-5 business days): $26.95
• All other countries: Standard (delivery times vary): $39.95

Care Instructions

Our products can be cared for in the same way that you’d care for a non-personalized item. Lunchboxes and placemats can be wiped down with soap and water, and books & paper products should be cared for as you would any other paper product. Chore charts should be cleaned with a dry cloth, and any discolorations or markings can be cleaned with baby wipes.
